Read more:  women, woman and child, gender relations, labor, work force, closure, checkpoints, World Bank
Summary: This two-year collaborative research project of the World Bank explores the impact of economic distress in the occupied Palestinian territories upon women and gender relations. In addition, women are seeking out new forms of labor - mostly unmeasured by traditional means.
